Urban Yoga’s Zen-inspired studio and healing center is located in Century Plaza, in central Phoenix. Whether you’re a beginner to yoga or a more advanced student, you’ll be warmly welcomed into our Urban retreat.

Directions To Urban Yoga Studio

• Directions to Yoga Studio from Scottsdale. Head south on AZ-51, take the Thomas Rd exit, go west on Thomas, turn right onto N Central, turn right on Lexington.  Arrive at Urban Yoga, 3225 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85012.
• Directions to Yoga Studio from Tempe.  Head west on the 202, merge onto the I-10 toward Central Phoenix/LA.  Take the 7th st. exit, go N on 7th street, turn left onto McDowell, turn right onto Central, turn right on Lexington.  Arrive at Urban Yoga, 3225 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85012.  [Top]

 

Parking is available on the ground floor of adjacent parking ramp & there is also street parking on Lexington.
